Customer

The customer agrees to comply with these and the merchant-specific terms and conditions when purchasing products and services from Sanervattaren Sauna's Internet services.

General terms

The prices shown in the online service are subject to VAT.

We sell products to adults and corporate customers.

We reserve the right to change prices.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Before ordering, the customer must familiarize themselves with the delivery terms in force at any time.

Booking terms

These terms and conditions apply to the products and services to be booked. These are collectively referred to as "product".

Booking

The customer is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the description and instructions of the booking product(s) and the terms and conditions related to the booking.

The reservation made by the customer is binding when the order/payment confirmation has been sent to the email address provided by the customer.

The customer pays for the reservation using the payment method they have chosen, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the payment method.

The booking system sends the order/payment confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.

The merchant is not responsible for an unsuccessful reservation, but the customer must contact the merchant immediately to rectify the situation.

The merchant does not guarantee that the product is still available in this situation.

If the product is not available, the money will be refunded or another item will be offered instead, if possible.

Cancellations and changes

The cancellation date is the day on which the merchant has received information about the cancellation.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the cancellation is sent in sufficient time.

If a customer cancels their reservation for a private session, sauna treatment, event or traditional sauna

  • when there is 14 days or more before the reservation starts, the reservation can be canceled without any costs. We will refund the payment already made.

  • when there is less than 14 days but at least 7 days before the reservation starts, 50% of the price will be charged. Alternatively, the reservation can be transferred to another date.

  • when there is less than 7 days before the reservation starts, the full price will be charged.

Merchant's right to cancel the reservation

In the event of force majeure, the Merchant may cancel the reservation. The customer who reserved the product will be notified of the cancellation without delay.

In such a case, the customer has the right to receive a full refund.

Any costs incurred by the customer due to a cancelled reservation due to force majeure will not be reimbursed.

Compensation for damages

The customer is obliged to compensate the merchant for any damage he has caused to the place. The booker is also responsible for other people visiting the place and for any damage they cause during the booking.

The merchant does not compensate for any inconvenience or expenses that the customer may incur due to natural conditions, such as insects, animals, frost damage or unexpected weather changes.

Complaints

Any complaints must always be made as quickly as possible after the issue arises.

If a satisfactory solution cannot be found or it involves a claim for compensation, the complaint must be sent in writing within one month.

The merchant will try to handle the complaint as quickly as possible, but no later than one month.

If the customer and the merchant cannot reach an agreement, the customer may refer the dispute to the Consumer Complaints Board.

Payment terms

The merchant uses reliable and secure payment intermediaries in its services.

The merchant does not store bank account or credit card information at any time.

The customer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment method chosen.

Payment by invoice

The invoice must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice.

Late payment charges are always added to invoices paid after the due date. If the invoice is paid after the due date with the original invoice and late payment charges have already been incurred, the charges will be invoiced separately.

If the payment transaction has not been successfully completed at the time of ordering, the Merchant will not process the order.
