A sauna ceremony that nourishes all the senses, guided by a traditional sauna master, offers a piece of Finnish cultural tradition and gives you an experience of the healing power of sauna and steam (löyly).
In the sauna ceremony, you will get to know the sauna tradition using natural gifts, whisks (vihta) and sauna incantations. You will enjoy the whisking, herbal löyly and the löyly greeting ritual.
Your 1-hour reservation includes, in addition to the ceremony, an introduction to Finnish sauna tradition and mythology and relaxing time in the sauna cabin or on the terrace after the sauna ceremony.
Duration of the ceremony is approx 30 min (with a short cooling break).

A löyly greeting
Gentle warming whisking
Towels
Herbal drinks.
You may attend the sauna ritual wearing a swimsuit or nude if your group chooses so. The sauna healer is not naked but dressed in a sauna gown.
The ceremony is held in the treatment sauna Vipunen and is limited to a maximum of six participants at a time. The price includes the sauna healer's services for max 6 people, so if your group is larger, please contact us via email.
