During the traditional sauna treatment, you will enjoy the healing Löyly, an herbal salt scrub, a soothing vihdonta (whisking), a honey massage, a Vihta wash, and a refreshing herbal sauna drink. The treatment takes place in the treatment sauna Vipunen. There will be also cooling breaks.
The price includes the löyly greeting ritual, herbal salt scrub, soothing vihdonta, with different plants and techniques, honey massage, relaxing vihta wash, and a non-alcoholic sauna drinks.
The sauna treatment lasts approximately 90 minutes including also cooling breaks. Your 2-hour reservation includes, in addition to the treatment, half an hour of free time for relaxing in the sauna cabin or on the terrace before and after the sauna ceremony.
