Healing Vihdonta
Vihdonta (whisking) is a blend of massage, herbal medicine, and aromatherapy. A shared sauna experience is suitable for friends or couples, for example.
The health benefits of the sauna can be taken to the next level by incorporating natural elements and manual massage treatments. Approximately 15 minutes of whisking from a traditional Sauna Healer is equivalent to at least 45 minutes of classical massage.
The warmth and löyly (steam) work hand in hand with the gentle vihdonta (whisking), enhancing its benefits even further. Vihdonta relaxes and revitalizes tissues, increases metabolism, and boosts circulation. It purifies the skin and promotes the removal of toxins.
Vihtas made from various trees and plants bring the aromatic and healing power of the plants through both breathing and skin contact.
The sauna treatment lasts approximately 1 hour. Your 1,5-hour reservation includes, in addition to the treatment, half an hour of free time for relaxing in the sauna cabin or on the terrace before and after the sauna treatment.
